Tuesday November 30 2021 - #GreatWhiteNorth #AuCanada #CTV #winterbeer #NativeAmerican #BigChief #xmas #bourbonbarrel #pyramid

Today I’m drinking a Fear and Trembling from Hill Farmstead https://hillfarmstead.com/beer/fear-trembling-bourbon/

The Boozebuddy Update is brought to you by The Real Voice - Mel Allen. Providing voice over for commercials, podcast intros & outros, demonstration and explainer videos, eLearning, telephone systems, and more. Check out samples and demos at https://therealvoice.com

If you’re close to our Canadian friends in the Great White North and not looking for a hot chocolate, Drink expert Ren Navarro (https://twitter.com/beer_diversity) dropped by CTV to offer dark and delicious beers that will keep you warm all winter long! Thankfully I can get some of these where I am. Unibroue - Ce n'est pas le fin du monde, Wellington Brewery - Chocolate milk stout, and Muskoka Brewery - Winter beard are their choices https://more.ctv.ca/the-social/life/trendy-beer-flavours-for-winter.html

About 10 miles north of Downtown Philadelphia you’ll find a new and small Native American owned brewery called Big Chief Brewing. While the shutdowns stalled their growth in their new spot, they’re now settling in and you can stop in for a Hazy Hiawatha IPA, Scout Stout, or Old Pale Face (to name a few). Stop in if you’re in the area and check them out at http://bigchiefbrewing.com/

And a sight to behold I’m sure. In Smiths Grove, Kentucky, you’ll find a 30-foot tall Christmas tree made out of bourbon barrels! Cody & Jon Vincent, otherwise known as The Bourbon Barrel Brothers, put it up and decorated it with the help of family. The project reportedly took them four days using 200 barrels, over 2,000 lights and weighs around 25,000 pounds. Unfortunately, it’s not full of bourbon, but it will stay up until early January for travelers to come bask in its glow - https://www.southernliving.com/news/bourbon-barrel-christmas-tree-edmonson-county-ky

November 11 2021 - #Stout #TopGear #clarkson #hawkstone #giftideas #beergift #bottleshare #DraftTop

Today I’m drinking an Extra Stout from Zero Gravity Brewing https://www.zerogravitybeer.com/extra-stout

Speaking of stouts, despite what you may have heard, and even what numbers may have said, Stouts are here to stay. Apparently, the beverage, like many things, took a hit with shutdowns. Most people, myself included, prefer a draught over a can or bottle. “Stout Sells” seems to be the word with the beverage seemingly as popular as ever, including with those under 30. Don’t take my word for it - the Irish Times has more https://www.irishtimes.com/life-and-style/food-and-drink/the-state-of-stout-despite-its-doomsayers-the-national-tipple-is-here-to-stay-1.4695325

Another story from the UK because it’s Jeremy Clarkson, from the proper version of Top Gear, who is producing Hawkstone on the Cotswold farm or ‘Diddly Squat Farm” as he calls it… you may have seen on his “Clarkson’s Farm” show on Amazon Prime. While he says some incredibly dumb things, like the original slogan, I like the one that they could actually print - “hard to make but easy to drink”. Things I learned from his story, in other countries you can order beer on Amazon. https://www.dailystar.co.uk/showbiz/jeremy-clarksons-dream-p-up-25550401

And what to get for the beer lover on your gift list? Well if they’re not close enough to Lucy & Howe Brewing in Vermont to Get a bottle share https://mailchi.mp/cff7f5f4f786/beer-for-all-weather-10704589, here’s a list I found from Hopculture. I actually have the Draft Top and can say it’s a bit of a gimmick, but not a bad one. I’ll keep the gift ideas coming! https://www.hopculture.com/best-gifts-adventurous-beer-drinker/

Tuesday November 23 2021 - #BCBS #Bevnet #Bestof #awards #CBW #Milwaukee

Today I’m drinking a Noble Vines 667 Pinot Noir 2019 https://www.noblevines.com/global/wines/667-pinot-noir.html

Goose Island’s Bourbon County beers hit shelves on Black Friday, but some people reported seeing the seven variants popping up already From Reserve to Classic Cola to Proprietor’s stout the complexity and craftsmanship of these beers have proven to be an annual favorite of craft beer lovers! https://www.chicagofoodmagazine.com/news/goose-islands-2021-bourbon-county-stout-release-on-black-friday

Another Annual ritual, the Bevnet “Best Of” Award Nominee is out - a way to honor the companies, brands, individuals, products, ideas, and trends that are shaping the current beverage landscape. The nominees are said to reflect the variety and strength within the beverage industry both in front of and behind the scenes. Winners will be announced on December 6, 2021. While we recently learned of bad news for minimum can orders, some good news that might help make cans cheaper and easier to recycle is out. Craft Beverage Warehouse in Milwaukee is using a direct print to can technology, and smaller orders, to double their footprint and gain more customers. Their printing means no stickers or shrink-wrap that need to be removed to be recycled. Currently, CBW says they already have customers in 49 states and Canada! https://onmilwaukee.com/articles/craft-beverage-warehouse

Monday Nov. 22 2021 - #Alchemist #HeadyTopper #TopWine #VinePair #Ball #canshortage

Today I’m drinking a Frost Beerworks IPA https://store.frostbeerworks.com/product/ipa-4pack-for-pick-up/269

The Alchemist Heady Topper is an enigma, and a whale, in the craft beer world. Why is it that people will drive hundreds of miles for the beer? Gear Patrol did just that (driving 400 miles) to try and figure out why there is such a cult following around the beer that has now been canned for 10 years, and started driving much of the craft beer craze in Vermont. https://www.gearpatrol.com/food/drinks/a37574997/the-alchemist-heady-topper/

Not looking for a Hazy boi? Well how about one of the 50 Best Wines of 2021? VinePair has released their list of the tops of the wine charts for you to peruse. While they tasted all manner of wines from Bordeaux to Cabs. Spoiler - it was the Pinot Noir that impressed them the most this year, with bottles from all across the Golden State — Sonoma, the Petaluma Gap, the Sta. Rita Hills, and the Central Coast — making the final cut. Check out the full list at https://vinepair.com/articles/best-wines-2021/

Ball Corporation has been notifying customers that they are moving to a. Minimum order of five truckloads per SKU for printed Cans, and will no longer warehouse inventory for customers. As the aluminum can shortages continue, most small brewers who can’t meet that order are being pointed to brokers - and that could drive up costs for alcoholic and non alcoholic craft beverages. While there are more plants under construction, the shortage is expected to continue into 2022 and potentially beyond. https://www.brewersassociation.org/brewing-industry-updates/ball-customer-reduction-program/

Friday 11/19/2021 - #ETSU #Tenessee #Whisky #pie #pairing #20best #BeerandBrewing #Youtube #video

Today I’m drinking a Guinness Nitro Cold Brew Coffee https://www.guinness.com/en-us/our-beers/guinness-nitro-cold-brew/

Looks like UVM and it’s School of Craft Brewing has proven there’s a market for learning the craft - and East Tennessee State University was listening. ETSU is partnering with Tennessee Hills Brewing and Distilling to offer a 21-credit minor in brewing and distilling studies. The minor will teach students the ins and outs of crafting beer and spirits - the science, culture and history behind brewing and distilling, as well as ethics, entrepreneurship and marketing. https://www.johnsoncitypress.com/news/etsu-to-offer-brewing-and-distilling-studies-minor/article_4ef10dc6-47de-11ec-95ca-63fbb66a7d1a.html

With the holidays coming it’s important to properly pair your Whisky and Pie! I couldn’t agree more whisky advocate. The pairing was done with “Kathy Hanson, the 2018 winner of the professional best of show award at the American Pie Council’s National Pie Championships. A culinary training cook at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida, Hanson is not only a believer of whisky partnered with pie, she also likes to use spirits in her pies.” Cherry, Pecan and Pumpkin pies may never be the same! https://www.whiskyadvocate.com/pair-whisky-and-pie

And who needs a list of the The Best 20 Beers in 2021? Well - I’d like one, so thanks Beer and Brewing for putting this one together. # I’d love to test soon- Resident Culture Static God (Charlotte, North Carolina) a well-executed India pale lager—or hoppy lager, cold IPA. Green Bench Postcard Pils (St. Petersburg, Florida) hops. As they say - If everyone were to somehow agree that from now on, this is what it means—“you know, like Postcard Pils”—we’d be cool with that. And finally Maplewood Barrel Aged Cuppa Vanilla Rye (Chicago) Vanilla rye barrel–aged stout. Three varieties of vanilla, that rye, wood & whiskey, coffee and also chocolate notes. Yes please to all three! https://beerandbrewing.com/the-best-20-beers-in-2021

Today I’m drinking A Harpoon Vanilla Porter https://www.harpoonbrewery.com/beer/vanilla-bean-porter/ Definitely let this one warm up - mine was ice cold from the store and lacked flavor until I transferred some of my body heat to it through the glass.

Bob Dylan's spirits company, Heaven's Door Spirits, has partnered with MGM Resorts International on an exclusive limited-edition bourbon, 777 Blend. 777 isn’t just a nod to the gaming community, it’s also a descriptor of the three 7 year old whiskeys that were blended to make the spirit - a wheated bourbon, a low rye bourbon, and a straight rye whiskey https://www.travelandleisure.com/food-drink/cocktails-spirits/bob-dylan-heavens-door-bourbon-mgm-resorts-collaboration

Wednesday November 17 2021 - #Wine #SupplyChain #Glass #IronHeart #canning #Snoop #MarthaStewart #Bestbreweries #BBCO

Today I already had an Incantations (2021) right at 180 Flynn Ave, Burlington, VT - the location of Burlington Beer Company https://www.burlingtonbeercompany.com/ - beer profile at https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/33136/277041/

From Argentina to California, the wine industry is currently facing an acute glass shortage that is hurting small wineries particularly and forcing larger ones to think about the supply chain and ordering next years glass now. American Vintners have been struggling for decades. Tarrifs made some overseas options too costly and so they’ve been ordering glass from South America - where one of the producers had a fire a few months ago, putting pressure on the others to try and ramp up production. Delays hurt small producers who have been putting current wine into bladders to make room for this year’s wine, some just bottled last years wines in August. https://www.winespectator.com/articles/winemakers-face-global-supply-chain-woes

Manchester, NH based Iron Heart Canning has just expanded, this time into the Minnesota Craft Market. The mobile beverage packager serving breweries, cideries, wineries, distilleries, co-packing facilities, and non-alcoholic producers, announced that it has acquired NorthStar Mobile Canning and the mobile canning operations of Lagersmith Canning Co., who were both serving the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota craft beverage market. Iron Heart now operates more than 75 canning lines across 26 states, throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic, the Southeast, the Midwest, and now the Upper Midwest https://www.bevnet.com/news/supplier-news/2021/iron-heart-canning-enters-the-minnesota-craft-market/

And who is the last person I’d expect to have a list of the best breweries, but does? Martha Stewart, yeah Snoop Dog’s buddy Martha! From Maui Brewing Company in Maui, Hawaii, SLO Brew in San Lis Obispo, CA to Brewery Ommegang in Coopertown, NY it’s a pretty decent list! https://www.marthastewart.com/8146677/best-craft-breweries-united-states

Tuesday November 16 2021 - #NoBonesDay #NoodlethePug #spaceX #SpaceBeer #SamAdams #Tunbridge #UpperPass #vtbeer

Today I’m drinking a Winter Warmer from Harpoon Brewery https://www.harpoonbrewery.com/beer/winter-warmer/

And is it a bones day or no bones day, if you don’t know what I’m talking about Noodle the Pug on TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@jongraz) is an internet sensation and, in an effort to recognize Mental Health Awareness and self care, Tall Tale Brewing in Parsonsburg, MD is releasing No Bones Day IPA. It appears to be available in the taproom now, but will be in distribution soon with a fresh look https://mybeerbuzz.blogspot.com/2021/11/tall-tales-brewing-working-on-no-bones.html

In September, it wasn’t just carrying the first ever all-civilian crew into space. Inspiration4 also carried 66 pounds of hops! The hops has touched down in “Space Craft” beer from Samuel Adams. The special release beer will be served at its Boston Brewery and Taproom and its Cincinnati Brewery starting today. But, with out of this world demand for the beer, it’s sold out for online/home delivery orders. If you can get it in person, the beer that spend 2 days, 23 hours and 3 minutes circling earth is selling for $22.33. https://www.boston.com/food/beer/2021/11/04/space-craft-sam-adams-uses-hops-that-have-been-to-space/

In Microbrewery News, the Tunbridge, VT area will again have a general store, a world-famous fair and is also the home to its own brewery, Upper Pass Beer Co. Residents of this great community may never leave town again - especially since a planned two-story addition and facility space increase will allow brewing capacity to grow from 10-15 barrels a week to 40! Those mainly will be small batch releases and new recipes as Upper Pass currently produces 600 to 800 barrels per month at von Trapp Brewery in Stowe, Vermont (https://www.vontrappbrewing.com). Upper Pass Beer Co.’s beers are available in cans and on draft in eight states. https://www.vnews.com/Bottom-Line-for-Nov-14-2021-43455188

Monday November 15 2021 - #NationalRecyclingDay #Paktech #trillium #Brewcycling #RogueSpirits #reduce #Wine #top100

Today is National Recycling Day

Last week I told you about Vermont and Massachusetts making moves to recycle the plastic can holders, well now the news is coming in that The San Diego community of craft breweries are coming together with the San Diego Brewcycling Collaborative. They originally looked at Paktechs but found several other opportunities for re-use and recycling. Now, they’re bringing the rest of the beverage industry together and using program support and education on how to sort, separate, and prepare recyclable items to be responsibly processed https://www.craftbrewingbusiness.com/news/san-diego-breweries-team-up-on-recycling-efforts-start-the-brewcycling-collaborative/

And Rogue Ales & Spirits announces its commitment to sustainability with new recyclable packaging. Rogue is switching all product packaging from plastic rings to 100% recyclable wrap packs in an effort to reduce waste and send 100,000 fewer pounds of plastic waste to landfills annually. In addition to reducing plastic waste, the wrap pack substrate is responsibly sourced through sustainable forestry practices.https://www.rogue.com/stories/rogue-s-transition-to-wrap-packs

Friday November 12 2021 - #collabeeration #Whistlepig #lawsonsFinest #BostonBeer #Pepsico #MtnDew #Cider #Ciderfacts #CiderCulture

Today is I’m drinking a Free Spirit DIPA by Green Empire Brewing https://www.gebrew.com/product/free-spirit-dipa/97

A collaBEERation is out now - Lawsons Finest Liquids has just released Maple Brown Ale! It was brewed in collaboration with Whistle Pig of Shoreham, VT. It’s made with Vermont maple syrup from Purinton Maple Farm of Huntington, VT, and aged in WhistlePig Rye Whiskey barrels. It's in their Retail Store and Taproom right now and distribution soon https://www.lawsonsfinest.com/beer/maple-brown-ale-aged-in-whistlepig-rye-whiskey-barrels/

Another interesting collab, though one I’m less likely to drink - Boston Beer’s “Green Rebel Brewing Company” has teamed up with PepsiCo to release Hard Mountain Dew in Baja Blast and Watermelon flavors. It’s got zero sugar, 5% ABV, and 100 calories per 12 ounces. It will be available in 12-ounce and 24-ounce cans - no word yet on a release date, but is it fair to say it’s too soon? https://mybeerbuzz.blogspot.com/2021/11/boston-beer-pepsico-adding-hard-mtn-dew.html

Some interesting facts I learned about Cider… Cider is federally regulated as wine and, thanks to the Wine industry ciders have the right to sell direct-to-consumer. Also, Ciders under 7% ABV are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and face less labeling and packaging restrictions than ciders over 7% ABV, which are regulated by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Cider over 7% ABV can’t use vintage dating to delineate the impact of the season on an apple’s harvest and resulting cider. And, the last one, Ciders made with any non-apple/non-pear fruits are regulated as fruit wine - which has a whole different set of regulations. Get the full story on https://www.ciderculture.com/legality-of-hard-cider/

Thursday November 11 2021 - #VeteransDay #VeteranOwned #BootsToBusiness #20best #Top20 #ecofriendly #craftbeer

Today is Veteran’s Day and I’m drinking a Dawn Patrol from a local veteran-owned brewery 1st Republic Brewing https://www.1strepublicbrewingco.com/

As it is Veterans Day, and no better day to support a local veteran-owned brewery than every Monday - Friday, here’s a list of 28 breweries to help you find something local to you. https://www.hopculture.com/veteran-owned-breweries-veterans-day-21/ and please share others in the comments once I get this posted on https://boozebuddyupdate.com

A list of “The 20 Best Beer Towns” has been released and, pretty awesome, I’ve had beers in several of them, including; Asheville, NC, Portland, ME, Lancaster, PA and (of course) Burlington, VT. I hope to visit every town on this list (and many up and coming towns too) https://brobible.com/culture/article/best-beer-towns-us-2021/

And did you know that only one-tenth of the plastic beer carriers get recycled? Most people toss them in a recycle bin, but plastic carriers and six-pack rings are incompatible with sorting equipment. As a result, they get rejected and sent to landfills or incinerated. The Eco Friendly Beer Drinker is driving an initiative to change that, recently announcing programs in VT and Massachusetts, working with recyclers and breweries to collect and reuse the carriers while also looking for more eco-conscious options https://ecofriendlybeer.com/

Wednesday November 10 2021 - Bell's Brewery sold! NA Beer Variety pack coming and the Craft Brewers Whiskey Project news

Today I’m drinking Moon Dog by Four Quarters Brewing https://www.4qbc.com/

Rather than talk about Arby’s fry flavored vodkas, let’s talk about the other big news - Bell's Brewery to be sold to New Belgium Brewing's parent company as founder retires. Australian-based beer company Lion will purchase pioneering the 36-year-old Michigan company. The sale puts Bell's in alignment with Colorado's New Belgium Brewery, which was acquired by Lion in 2019. The word is - you can expect more of the same great beer, values and culture they cherish from Bell’s Brewery - and some bigger and better things in the future too. https://www.detroitnews.com/story/business/2021/11/10/bells-brewery-sold-new-belgium-lion/6367856001/

Brooklyn Brewery Launches New Non-Alcoholic Beer Variety Pack Nationwide - it will come just in time for “Dry January” in 2022. The Special Effects Variety Pack will include four different non-alcoholic brews, which are: Pils, Hazy IPA, Hoppy Amber, & IPA. The Special Effects Pils and Hazy IPA are both new releases from Brooklyn Brewery and will be exclusively available in the variety pack. https://www.thrillist.com/news/nation/brooklyn-brewery-non-alcoholic-beer-variety-pack

Berkshire Mountain Distillers recently released three new whiskeys sourced from Smuttynose Brewing, Brewery Ommegang, and Captain Lawrence Brewing. It’s part of the ongoing Craft Brewers Whiskey Project , a six-year collaboration that includes the distilling of a dozen beers from a limited collection of Northeast American craft brewers. Last July, the Craft Brewers Whiskey Project was cited in the 2021 US Open Whiskey & Spirits Grand National Championship where Jack’s Abby Smoke & Dagger Whiskey won a Gold Medal. https://thewhiskeywash.com/whiskey-styles/american-whiskey/berkshire-mountain-distillers-releases-fall-craft-brewers-whiskey-project-offerings/

Tuesday November 9 2021 - #GiveaSh!rt #Weldwerks #Somebunny #MrWonderful #Sharktank #Scotch #Pizza #Vinepair

Today I’m drinking a SMASH IPA that I brewed myself - I based the loosely on a recipe like this https://brewgr.com/recipe/56781/fresh-cascade-smash-recipe - though I used 5.5 lbs of 2 row and 1 lb of wheat for head retention

WeldWerks Brewing Co. has teamed up with Somebunny Cares, a local nonprofit that provides unique post-op mastectomy shirts along with support accessories, quirky gift items, and outreach for women going through breast cancer. Brewed with love for Somebunny Cares, WeldWerks’ 10K IPA: #GIVEASH!RT Edition will provide $10,000 worth of breast cancer surgery recovery shirt kits. https://www.brewbound.com/news/weldwerks-brewing-to-provide-10000-towards-breast-cancer-surgery-recovery-shirt-kits

Vintage Wine Estates has partnered with Kevin O’Leary, businessman and investor and host of Shark Tank, to create “Shop Mr. Wonderful,” a new online platform featuring selections from VWE’s portfolio. The store features a curated selection of wines and will include a weekly “Kevin’s Spotlight,” highlighting an individual selection from the website. https://www.shopmrwonderful.com/

And Thanks Vine Pair. I can’t believe I haven’t tried this as I love scotch and pizza individually - but apparently, you need to try scotch and pizza! “Scotch and pizza pair together phenomenally well because you have so many options on the flavor spectrum available to you on both sides,” explains Ewan Morgan, national portfolio ambassador for Johnnie Walker. “The trick to making the pairings is understanding the primary flavors and not overthinking it.” https://vinepair.com/articles/johnnie-walker-and-pizza/

Creature Comforts, which became a Certified B Corporation in August, raised over $500K last year. Once again they are teaming up with Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. 100% of the profits from the “Get Comfortable” Hazy Double IPA will go directly to their Get Comfortable campaign, a year-round outreach program designed to channel the generosity of many toward the community's most pressing needs. To learn more about their Get Comfortable Program, and the difference it’s making, check out https://getcurious.com/get-comfortable-2020/

Vermont’s Champlain Orchards, Eden Ciders, and Appalachian Gap Distillery are among the finalists in the Good Food Foundation’s Awards for passing “Category-specific Sustainability Standards” and making some darn fine goods in a good way. They join 41 other states and their many vetted businesses that are vying for the awards. See if your state made it at https://goodfoodfdn.org/awards/finalists/

And prepare yourself - it’s gonna sneak in between Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday - Small Brewery Sunday (and the others) are now just days away. Small Brewery Sunday officially comes up on November 28th. I know I’m supposed to say it’s about beer, but as long as you go do your part to support local wine, beer, spirits, or whatever - go help out for locals. Guinness Imperial Gingerbread Spiced Stout 11% ABV and $19.99 per four-pack. Wednesday November 3 2021 - #IPA, #Cheap #Whiskey #Vino #Winebar and #bestpodcast #top40!

Today I’m drinking a mixture of Tennessee Legend Coffee Whiskey https://tennesseelegend.com/products/coffee-whiskey-19 and Dirty Cream Liqueur https://tennesseelegend.com/products/dirty-cream-liqueur-17 that I picked up from the source a few months back

IPA’s - love them or hate them - they’ve been important to the craft beer scene and here’s a list of the 25 most important ones (according to VinePair) ranked, from Zero Gravity to Heady Topper to Hazy Little Thing (and a bunch of others in between) - https://vinepair.com/buy-this-booze/most-important-ipas-2021/

Alpino Vino, The Mad River Valley’s only wine bar had a successful soft opening a few weeks ago. The owners are preparing to open their doors to the public officially opens this weekend at 6163 Main Street in Waitsfield, Vermont. With an emphasis is on wine, they will also feature Vermont-made craft beers, ciders, and alcoholic seltzer & feature local cheeses from von Trapp’s, charcuterie from Babette’s Table, and bread from Green Rabbit bakery. Tuesday November 2 2021 - #NBA #Celtics #Lager #PinotNoir and #Maui #HardSeltzer

Today I’m drinking an Oktoberfest from 14th Star Brewing https://www.14thstarbrewing.com/beer/oktoberfest/

From Jack’s Abbey - look for a special Pride and Parquet Hoppy Lager (for a limited time). According to the brewery, “The NBA will be celebrating 75 years this season and the Celtics are one of the two original teams to keep their name and city for that entire history. That’s an incredible accomplishment and something to be proud of. We wanted to punctuate this moment with a commemorative, limited edition can that reflects the heritage and pride of the Celtics over 75 years and gives our fans something special.” http://thebrewermagazine.com/jacks-abby-releases-limited-edition-design-of-pride-and-parquet/

According to Winemag - something very special happened in 2019 that’s making mid-priced wines (from $12 - $20/bottle) taste like ones twice their price! Santa Barbara-based Doug Margerum said, “2019 is the greatest vintage since 2007… It was a very, very cool, mild summer and morphed into a cool fall harvest.” Which apparently helped develop a smooth harvest, fermentation, and full flavors. https://www.winemag.com/2021/10/21/best-california-pinot-noir-vintage/

MBC just said in January that they are is a fiercely local company and has remained steadfast regarding local production. The MBC team are stewards of their communities and the ‘aina, and curators of the craft beer way of life, but apparently, they couldn’t see their way out of supply chain issues that led them to work with Sleeping Giant to make Maui Hard Seltzer on the mainland. The bonus, “Sleeping Giant Sleeping Giant has the capabilities, skill, and expertise to ensure that MHS is produced at the caliber our fans rely on from us” and MHS will reduce the carbon footprint of the seltzer’s distribution on the mainland by skipping the shipping from Hawaii! http://thebrewermagazine.com/maui-hard-seltzer-broadens-mainland-production/
