We’re also almost a month away from Saint Patrick’s Day! It’s when “Irish upon a star”, and it’s the unofficial kick-off to my birthday celebrations, so I’ve always held the holiday near and dear to my heart. Lots of cities are having celebrations, so I’ll let you check your local sites and breweries and fine drinking establishments to see if they’re joining in the fray. But, for those wishing to pregame or try some Irish Yoga in the privacy of their own home or the home of a friend - here’s a list of Irish Cocktails and how to make them for all your Saint Patrick’s Day Festivities. They’re not all green, and some are suspiciously not Irish sounding, but they sure might help you get your Irish on. Do you know I hear some people sing when they’re completely sober? News to me too! And things are looking good for another state to allow to go cocktails to become permanent. This time the bill is sitting on the governor’s desk in Rhode Island and, he’s shown support for it in the past, so odds are looking good it will be signed. Politics is weird though - so no guarantees until he does put pen to paper. The more this happens, the more pressure is put on neighboring states for this good move that will help restaurants as they continue to pivot and deal with staffing issues. Now, obviously, we want everyone to adhere to the law and be responsible about their intake - so I’m not in support of gallons of the stuff going to one address - but no one’s advocating for that, that I know of, so I think we’re safe there!
